While going through the car wash, another driver rear-ended me. Staff did not offer any assistance or even a refund, basically saying it wasn’t their problem. Not very helpful or customer-friendly.

I’ve been using this car wash regularly and my membership includes wheel cleaning. Unfortunately, the wheel cleaning system on the left side has not been working for at least two weeks. I already informed the staff about this issue, but it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s disappointing to keep paying for a service that is included in the plan but not actually being provided. I hope the management will address and repair the equipment soon.
