Great place fast good vacuums
The wash itself has been hit or miss for me. Sometimes the wheels will get some spray on them and sometimes I have to take the car back thru for minor dirt it missed. The one thing I can say that makes me return every time is the customer service. They are spot on. The one young man from the Citadel is the sweetest thing. He is so sweet and friendly. He is the major reason that I will always return!
I would like to update the review I posted a few months back. The manager contacted me. It took a while because of a miscommunication. He adjusted the tire shine, which fixed my problem/ black specks after washing is not happening anymore! I am going back to this car wash and appreciate the service & communication that I received. I purchased the monthly package because of the convenient location. There were little black rubber marks everywhere on my car as I was drying it off.
