My first time was such a fun experience. You have a gem named Pooh working at the Sam Rittenburg location who was fun and one heck of a Time to Shine spokesman. He sold me on getting a monthly pass.
I want to begin with the fact that I would appreciate a response to this review. I have frequented this Time to Shine location many times and have ran into the same recurring issues over and over again. The manager James and his staff are great, but I have consistently had issues with a staff member named “Alicia,” apologies if I misspelled her name.
