Let me tell you..I love this place! I have never had an issue here (i mean ever!) Until this time and I was questioning some things and left a horrible review which I felt bad about and was going to go delete it but they called me before I got a chance to and I was shocked. The manager is just so caring and if I were the manager I would be upset if someone left a horrible review without giving them a chance to fix something!! The review is true... it was a terrible wash. There were dirty areas left after I went through. There was no one there at the time to talk to about it, the spray cleaner was watered down whatever and my mats wouldn't go through the machine. I'm curious.. why not own the issues and address the problems.
