The wash was fine except for the back liftgate of my van, it didnt really get washed at all. Seems to be par for the course at any drive through car wash place. So not much of a complaint there just should have been better ,could have been better. I will say the way they billed my bank account almost got me into hot water with my wife though. Used to be good. Now it smells like sewage when you drive thru. Doesn’t even wash the soap off let alone the dirt. Don’t look like anyone has even clean the outside area by the vacuums. Canceled my subscription today. do not recommend
Let me tell you..I love this place! I have never had an issue here (i mean ever!) Until this time and I was questioning some things and left a horrible review which I felt bad about and was going to go delete it but they called me before I got a chance to and I was shocked. The manager is just so caring and if I were the manager I would be upset if someone left a horrible review without giving them a chance to fix something!!
