Came all the way from Sayre Pennsylvania to watch my son compete in a powerlifting competition here at Rise and Shine. The gym has lots of parking and lots of other stores within walking distance as well. The gym itself was large and even had a loft area where there were treadmillls. Lots of machines and weight options. Different smaller sections in the gym were set up for the competition. It was chilly but that’s probably my only complaint.
Best gym in Berks County! Awesome environment filled with top notch equipment and great people.
