Strongly not recommended. Waste of time and money. Charged three times the quote for a wall mounted inverter Air Con maintenance without providing an invoice for the service and threated to report me when I questioned what he did and what I am charged for
We found Alan, “Time to Chill” Aircon Specialist in the little blue book that still mysteriously shows up in the letterbox, and booked him to service my reverse‑cycle aircon. Somehow this turned into him changing every setting on my system, even though I never asked him to. Alan confidently told me that Ford & Donnan had set everything up “wrong” and that his new settings would make my home cooler and more efficient. Spoiler: they absolutely did not.
