I’ve been going here for years and I’ve always had great service. I’ve had multiple pieces of artwork framed , passport photos and basically all services they offer. I’ve never had an issue- as long as you can clearly communicate what you’re looking for then they will do the job to your liking. Not sure why all the negative reviews but that couldn’t be further off from my experiences with them - I’d trust all my art with Edmond and he framed all kinds of crazy stuff I brought to him without any issue.
There are plenty of places that would offer comparable services for near half the price. Make sure to check other service providers before taking your photo.
Very poor customer service and product quality, especially for the exorbitant price he charges. Not worth your time or money. If you can, go somewhere else!!!
I have been a loyal customer of Time Studio for a long time, but after my experience yesterday, I will no longer be returning. It became very clear to me that this business has been taking customers for fools assuming people aren’t paying attention to what they’re being charged or the change they receive.
