I have been a loyal customer of Time Studio for a long time, but after my experience yesterday, I will no longer be returning. It became very clear to me that this business has been taking customers for fools assuming people aren’t paying attention to what they’re being charged or the change they receive. I paid $50 and was given only $5 back, and I had to sit and wait for the rest of my change that should have been returned immediately. Service here is great, they are really nice and have multiple services available.
The owner is so patient and really sweet! We went in to get our 2 month old daughter's passport photos taken and he was so great with her. It's very difficult to take photos of such a young baby but he made sure we got the perfect shot and didn't rush us at all! I would highly recommend this studio for all your photo needs!
