Absolutely love Time + Space! When I moved to London from the states, I was looking for a welcoming studio that offered hot yoga and great vibes. Everyone here is so friendly and the teachers and classes are great. Coralie, Carla, and Gemma make a real effort to make sure everyone feels welcome regardless of your practice level. I also LOVE the colored and twinkly lights in both the hot and non-hot rooms. My studio back in the states had colored lights and it added so much to the class environment. I 100% recommend!
What worries me about this place is the lack of cleanliness. And then heat. It’s a recipe for disaster/catching something in the enclosed space. At least if they were cleaning the floors and mats properly at normal times we would have some confidence. They literally drag a wet mop around the room. No detergent no change of water half way. I’ll bet any London outbreak can be linked to these types off places. I just hope people will now learn the importance of cleaning properly
