Not a good experience. They scheduled my appointment for the next day. I called the morning of and confirmed the appointment between 1-3PM. They said the driver will call me 30 minutes before. At 2:30 I called again to inquire when they would be coming. We started bringing all the boxes to the street level. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with their driver. I never expected to write a google review for our shredding company, but I just had one of those service experiences that was so positive it was worth sharing! Apparently, we had a delinquent invoice from October and my call to resolve that led me to Felice. What a friendly, joyous conversation! She helped me sort that out and she even offered to get info on when our driver was coming today. Phenomenal service! Called from Buffalo, NY on Friday 11/14/25 for service at my father's house in Malverne, LI on Monday 11/17/25. Truck arrived promptly at 8:00 am that Monday and the 2 gentlemen aboard did all the heavy lifting, emptying box after box after box of documents--all the boxes inside plastic garbage bags by the way--they could not have been more personable and professional--I can't thank them enough. Beware!! If the bin is halfway full they are still charging you full price...$200+ after taxes. I'll never use them again nor recommend them!
