Cost efficient and good service!
The shred person was on time and being a very petite and older person I requested assistance dragging 7 years of documents down my 3 flights of steps. He looked horrified but eventually helped but was reluctant. The shredding went okay and I paid and gave him a nice tip. Later I noticed a pair of earrings I left on a table that we had to pass was missing never to be found! I won't be using time shred again since it was a very unpleasant experience.
