I hired TMR after a copper pipe burst in my home causing not so extensive water damage. They were referred to my by the plumbing company that did the repairs for the leak. Time Machine was very responsive and cooperative up to a point, that point being after I made the rookie mistake of paying my deductible directly to them. That was when things got very confusing and expensive for very little work. Time Machine was recommended to us by a trusted plumbing company and we're so happy we contacted Tim and the rest of his team. We had a leak behind our refrigerator that saturated the wood floors in our kitchen. They quickly came out to assess the situation and recommended that we use fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the floors before incurring more costs or filing an insurance claim. My daughter's house had water intrusion from hurricane Ian . Time machine was there the next day to locate where it came in from and the extent of damage. With a young family and one on the way we didn't want to risk unhealthy mold problems. Thanks to the their timely inspection and advanced detection tools severe damage was avoided. Tim and his crew were amazing to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and extremely efficient. After sustaining water damage to our floors last year, I called several contractors from BBB, and Time Machine not only responded first, but they immediately commenced mitigation efforts. They also interfaced with us and our insurance company, who did everything to limit or avoid paying for necessary repair and/or replacement. We needed to re-roof our house and didn't really know where to turn for a contractor. Frank and his team stepped in, worked with our insurance, and made it all happen with very little work required on our end. They made the process very simple, finished in a timely manner, and went above and beyond with our insurance provider to make sure we didn't owe more than our deductible for the whole project. Highly recommended team of professionals, and we will use them again for future contracting needs.
The representative of this business, Shane *********, visited my home on August 17th to assess my bathroom to provide a quote for renovation. No response to date. Very unprofessional to say the least.
