I have been looking for someone to replace a battery in my watch and was told about this place. I was very pleased as the battery was available and the nice gentleman who worked there said he could replace it right away and it wouldn't even take 20 minutes. Beautiful store, very clean and well kept, gentleman was very kind and professional. My watch was done before he told me it would be and he even polished it so it looked better than ever! All of this for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Very pleased! I had little hope that my mechanical Timex watch could be repaired for a reasonable price, but Time Keeper did it! They are honest and upfront with customers and have more than fair service fees.

I have always had my jewelry repaired here, I took my necklace in to have repaired and the usual guy was out for surgery, they had their other jeweler come in to price it, I was charged DOUBLE! I tried to talk to them about it but was rudely asked "Do you want it repaired or not". I do not understand what has happened to peoples Customer Service Skills. That will be my last time I get anything repaired there sadly.
