I saw Carrie for a lymphatic massage and I’m so glad I did. Carrie understands the lymphatic system and how to open things up and increase flow. Everything about my visit was comfortable and comforting. Highly recommend .
I went in for a massage to address back and hip pain. While the therapist was professional, the treatment seemed to aggravate my IT bands which has let to pain and discomfort behind my knee. This wasn’t the outcome I was hoping for, but sharing my experience to provide honest feedback.
Comfortable setting, good music, a custom massage to meet my needs that included stretching and a heating pad. I made another appointment to return again soon!
