I came in with persistent back and hip issues that had been bothering me for some time, and I left feeling genuinely better. Heather know her craft well, and she identified the problem areas quickly and worked through them with real skill and care. The 90-minute session flew by, which is always a sign you’re in good hands. On top of all that, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of treatment. I’d highly recommend this therapist to anyone dealing with muscular tension or chronic discomfort.
Heather will leave you feeling like a new person when she is done with you! She always finds spots I didn't even realize were tight, and how much relief it brings to my body when she is done working on those spots. She also is incredible at working through any problem areas you have and making sure they get the attention they need. I have never regretted a massage with Heather and I look forward to the next one!
Don't be afraid of the table she uses, while it isn't an ordinary massage table it serves its purpose. With a single table adjustment she is able to better access areas to release and calm aggravated muscles. Heather isn't your ordinary/average massage therapist. Her skills include manipulating the muscles so that they release the tension and stress, beyond kneeding an already sore area. Her techniques provide near immediate relief and long term healing. I highly recommend Heather, especially for those with chronic pain.

She was very personable & professional and checked in often with me to make sure I was comfortable with everything.
