The owner of TIme Disposal stopped by my house to reconcile our differences. I can't even express how impressed I am! He gave me a credit to our account and was the friendliest! I am so impressed! Highly recommend!
After "accidentally" trashing a non-trash $140 item that was in the yard, not curbside, they refused to reimburse or even offer a credit to my account. Customers are not of value to this company.
Time Disposal's trash service has been a great experience. I had never had to choose a trash company until I moved to the Charlottesville area. The first company we tried was not a good experience but Time Disposal Has been wonderful!
Constantly adding $5. here and $5. there. Got very tedious calling all the time to correct bill. Dependable as all the others though.
