Time Conti managed our Apartment in Midland WA for several years until 2024 when we sold. During this time, in particular Sam Wilson a Senior Property Manager there provided exceptional service - responded in a timely way to emails and calls, paid invoices on time, provided accurate financial records, liaised with tenants respectfully, referred us to competent tradespersons for repairs, and liaised with corporate bodies on our behalf.
We are pretty happy with our renting experience. It was all clear and professional from the beginning. If we needed a maintenance - it was provided promptly. Didn't have to do follow ups. Also we had to do a lease break since we were moving overseas - they found new renters pretty quick so we didn't have to go through extra stress. Our manager was Fran. Always very polite, always professional always to the point. In general I am not a fan of leaving personal details publicly, thats why only using first name :)
