I’m sharing our experience with this agency to help inform others. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. After our lease was transferred from a previous agency, the bond return process became extremely dissappointing and stressful. I’m writing this review for Preet Sekhon, who has been the property manager for our apartment on Burton St, Cannington. Since taking over, she has been amazing! We recently had a fridge breakdown, and she responded promptly, kept me updated, and liaised with the landlord to have it replaced on short notice. Absolutely do not use this real estate for renting. They are scammers and try load old photos of things they accuse you of stealing. Stay away from them. I wont see my bond back from the things they are saying and I was only in that property for a 1 year lease and as a FIFO worker I might of only actually been there for 4 months of the year. I don't' appreciate being called a thief
