I've gone here a couple times for new watch batteries and they're quick and efficient at a reasonable amount. However, my last watch battery replacement only lasted 3 hours!

I’ve come here many many times already and every time I’ve come here it’s been nothing but an incredible experience. There are two people that handle the watches though person that I went with was a lady basically the wife she was the one who handles the regular watches and then there’s a gentleman who handles the Casio G-Shock watches later in the evening as from 4 PM to 7 PM I went around 11 AM and waited. Personable; good service. Would go back!
Don't waste your time going here. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. He told me I was missing a link because he put my watch further up my arm from where I wear it. He told me it would be an hour and a half!... just to install a new bracelet pin ( and pin sleeve according to him)! Would give negative stars if possible.
