I dropped off 2 watches at this store around 2 months ago. I came back and he had trouble finding them and didn’t even start working on them. Also he lied to me about the situation.

Quick and easy watch battery replacement!
I went to Time Checker for a simple battery replacement, and what a mistake that was. They charged me full price and then handed my watch back as if they had done the job. The battery was the exact same old one — nothing was changed! The watch stopped working again within hours, proving they never replaced it in the first place. On top of that, the staff acted like they were doing me a favor. Zero professionalism, zero honesty. If they can’t handle something as basic as swapping a watch battery, I can’t imagine trusting them... read more
