I took in a watch that I'd had for a long time but was essentially new, it still had a tag hanging from it. It no longer worked so I took it in for a new battery. I recalled this place from years ago that the owners are not very friendly but all I wanted was a battery. He gave me a number and said come back in 20 minutes.
