I choose this café for two main reasons: the food they serve is very good quality, and the café is only about two minutes from my home. Overall, I genuinely like the food and the location. However, today at around 11:50 AM, I went to the café to purchase meat and injera, and unfortunately, I had another disappointing customer service experience.
