Absolutely the worst experience you can have dealing with a watch salesman. I needed a quick link removed from my watch, he tried up charging me and then after agreeing to a price, tried charging more. After disagreeing on that, he tried accusing me of racism to get me to leave and cause a scene. After all of that, my watch was scuffed and he claimed, I CANT SEE THEM. He then spent 10 minutes on the phone with his “manager” and then says “my manager agrees with everything I’ve said”. Lol of course they did. I hope no one has... read more
Been coming here for years, both buying watches and replacing batteries for my watches. The prices have always been fair, along with what they charge for battery changes and watch repairs. From buying my 1st watch from them about 8 years ago (Citizen Eco Drive) to my latest G-Shock, really great place for all your watch needs.
This company refuses to update the contact number on their receipts. Poorly serving customers who can't reach them.
I highly recommend this place , I Believe the gentleman who helped me was named Joel he did a great job fixing my watch and had amazing customer service I will be a returning customer
Normally I would never go to a kiosk type place in the mall to have my watch serviced, but all I needed was a couple of links taken out of a new watch. Hosseim was fantastic! While he was taking out the links in my watch I saw one in the case that I really liked. Tried it on and knew it was the better choice than the one I brought it to have shortened. Hosseim included the size adjustment in the cost of the new watch and did not charge me for taking out and then putting back in the links on the watch I brought in to him. I w... read more
