Wow. Working with Dr. Franck has dramatically improved my quality of life. When we meet, I feel like we are working as partners to solve a problem. She is so knowledgeable, yet so open minded. She truly goes out of her way to help and she truly cares. She and her assistant are very easy to get a hold of and super responsive. I absolutely loved my first visit, not only was doctor frank amazing her assistant was just as great! It didn't feel like the typical stale cold doctors office, it was warm and inviting and I felt so much at ease!! I cant thank them enough for what they have done for me... for years doctors danced around me and made me feel crazy...no longer do I feel crazy...I can finally breath. Definitely will be coming back!
BEST PLACE EVER!!! I have been having such a hard time with doctors not listening to my concerns and well-being. Being so young I was gaslit, lied to, ignored, brushed off, not told I had something by a healthcare provider etc. When I called (nervous caller) the lady on the phone was the sweetest human ever. Drove from Madison to seek care here for POTS and EDS due to lack of care in my area and long wait times. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, was impressed by the price and amount of time with the doctor. I felt very heard and felt like the doctor was very much a go-getter and willing to try many options (so now just seeing what my health system and insurance will accept). Best medical experience I've ever had. Dr. Franck listened to my entire medical history and educated me on new things we can try to cope with my symptoms. I will never be going back to a medical system that doesn't work when Dr. Franck has gave me an experience that shows some doctors do listen. I'm so thankful to have met her and will recommend her to all my friends and family.
