I would give them a zero if I could ! … I purchased a bike for my son , he absolutely would not give me a tracking number . And said it was shipped later on said he talked to me and I wanted him to wait to ship 😂 it.. so I told home to give me a refund or ship my sons bike … and he said he would give me a refund… guess what still waiting …. I can not recommend avoiding this place enough, Placed an order, sent the money via Visa and was charged, all great. 2 months of basically silence, try contacting business for tracking info or anything, nothing. Only after leaving a google review does the owner use my personal information to contact me to harass and threaten me to take my review down. I wouldn't even give 1 star but this system requires me to in order to post this review. Pre-ordered a bike in March did not get the bike at the promised date, 2 months later the bike came (this was after my husband was talked into not refunding the order). The bike arrived in a completely destroyed box (the owner clearly paid for the cheapest shipping possible. This organization hasnt changed Still the same old BS. I placed an order with them, they charged me $26.95 for Priority mail express. After 3 days I checked with the, they informed me that their shipping vycle is 24 - 48 hrs. Apparrently Priority Mail Express to them starts after they process your order on thier schedule. Most companies push priority & overnight thru as it states a priority. Not these clowns.

Doing a simple google search and you’ll see why this place is a no go. It’s the same story for many. I ordered a bike back inAugust that showed in stock on their website. Emailed the company to ensure they had it and was promised a shipping date in a few days. I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE BIKE. We’ve exchanged emails and he says it’s otw and always makes up an excuse when it’s past the time he stated previously. AVOID if ordering online.

Made an order with time 2 shine bmx and what i ordered had not come in and was unsure when it would be in but the owner set me up with something much better and made sure it got shipped out asap. He also communicated with me the whole way through! Thanks again Matt!!
