If I could give zero stars I would! This company had our plans for months while we waited for a truss estimate. We called a month ago to check status and were told we were “in line” for review. Today we get an email stating they aren’t going to get to it at all... Ever?!?! Worst customer service!
Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Manager hung up the phone in my face after asking if he could give a discount.
This company is awful. I gave them my plans 3 weeks ago. Every time I called to check on how my proposal is coming along they would say, “We’ll have ready for you in a few days.” Fast forward 3 weeks I call and they tell me they haven’t even looked at my plans. They tell me maybe in another week.
