Tim spent the time to explain and discuss thoroughly the details with me. As someone who has some experience and has been a long time contractor it is apparent that he is up front, honest, and takes pride in his work.
Tim with Timco is professional and courteous. He performed some maintenance on our boiler. Well done. He determined that the boiler we have would need to be replaced. We spoke about all the details and were all ready to go today. But alas, he was unwilling to wear a protective mask during the required 3 day installation process. In my household there is a 3 year old as well as a 6 week old infant, neither of whom can be vaccinated against COVID. They remain vulnerable, therefore the mask request. Tim is a great person to have in your phone. He answers promptly and is able to help me keep my home warm ny servicing my boiler. Mainly, he is honest and not upselling me, on unnecessary work, when he's here. He gets the job done well or refers you to another who can help.
