She always up for the challenge to het you home even im emergency situations. Our son was dying and she made it possible for hubby to get home straight away. The shop is doing okay with what they have available. Break down is usually pretty quick to help as well. Overall its been a great ride so far for flatbed that is. I cant speak on the van side but I imagine it would be the same
