Timco was contracted to insulate my new home with 5 inches of closed cell foam in the attic and 1 inch closed cell foam in the walls, R19 batten insulation in walls in addition to closed cell foam and apply spray foam to seal windows. When they finished there was barely 1/2 inch in the walls and 2 -3 inches in attic. They then attempted to use R13 in walls instead of R19 until I noticed and insisted they use the material that was contracted and paid for.
