This by far is one of the worst places to deal with for vehicle maintenance. Timbrook Ford received the vehicle on Feb 5th, 2024, for some repairs that were identified in a previous failed state safety inspection. The repairs were supposed to be between 300-600 dollars. It was also supposed to be done or worked on by next day. No phone call was ever received from the shop to state the car was done. The women who work here at the front desk are incredible. My service was provided quickly and correctly. I’ll be bringing my vehicle back for any future services. I appreciate the hard work that they did to provide me with the services I needed and the prices are really great compared to some other dealerships that I have previously had services done at.
They were able to squeeze me in last minute. Ted always takes care of me. The girls at the counter are very nice.
Was asked if the situation was urgent and if I needed my car back asap (it was), yet it took over 3 months to get my vehicle back, which wouldn’t have been a problem if they had been working on it. The first two months, it sat untouched, until I called about it. Only after I called did it start getting worked on 2 months after I dropped it off.
