Have had my car serviced there a few times. Always professional, quick and accurate. The only dealership I trust.
Very rude staff. Went in for an inspection. Sat in waiting lobby for 45 minutes and havent even touched my car. Was told 30 minute wait tops. Lady who sits in the middle was very rude when I asked for my keys and insurance back..
So I had too take my vehicle in for a recall of a sensor which required removing the passenger seat. Once vehicle was done, I was notified of this, upon notification the service clerk says, oh the lever too adjust the seat was found under the seat. Total fabrication, the lever was not broke, the tech, the service manager, and the store manager has lied through their teeth denying the inexperienced tech broke it.
