Exceptional service from Adam today after our RACV call‑out in Port Campbell. He went well beyond expectations — sourcing parts from Warrnambool, coordinating everything, and even arranging for his dad to collect them for us. The tow back to Timboon was smooth, and the workshop staff were just as welcoming and helpful. A huge thank you to Adam and everyone involved. We truly appreciate the support.
Very bad experience with this garage. Following a breakdown, my insurance company contacted this garage because it was the closest one. The breakdown mechanic came to collect our campervan and took it to his workshop. The next day, the vehicle still wouldn't start. When we wanted to leave it there for diagnosis, the garage made it clear that they didn't want to keep it, without even identifying the cause of the breakdown. We ended up with a flat tire and couldn’t continue our journey. After reaching out to our rental company, who were far from helpful, we were feeling pretty stuck and stressed. Luckily, the team at Timboon Motors stepped in and saved the day. They took the time to think along with us and worked together with us to find a solution so we could get back on the road. Dealt with Josh today on some husqvarna stuff, great service and nice to have a local dealership to depend on. Didn’t get the free coffee and the slimy sales pitch that’s common around dealerships, just got the stock standard old school country service that’s disappearing fast in this country!
Stopped in here to have a tyre fixed during our great ocean road trip and they were amazing! Fixed it so fast and everyone was super friendly :) so grateful!!
