Extremely easy to work with. Very very good customer service. We needed assistance ( M&J Carriers) and they went above and beyond. Will definitely use again.
Traveling solo in RV, low tire icon came on, and Timbes was recommended. Right off the hwy I was travelin, pulled in, and got service immediately, then my battery died and they jumped me and off we went.
The lady at the service desk is always so nice and helpful ! She is always smiling making the atmosphere much better !
I appreciate them for still fixing my tire even after they were already closed but I definitely got ripped off. Paid around 460 for a 20 minute tow from where they are at to where I was at and a tire change. If I would’ve knew it was going to be that expensive I would’ve never called them and would’ve just waiting till the next day till Walmart opened but I was 2 hours away from home and was still relatively early when I called them and just wanted to make it already and I was expecting like 350 at most.
