Not trustworthy, took money and never rendered services. Tried to contact them many times with no response at all. The one time I talked to this guy in Ohio, as soon as I said I paid them money and haven't gotten any services back, he hung up on me and that was the last communication i could get from them. Ended up hiring a private detective for half the price paid to Timberwolf and the detective got it done in almost a week. Do not use these people and don't give them any money. Has an Office in Colorado Springs and in Ohio. I thought I was talking to Ohio but was talking to Ken Pain in Colorado Springs. After going through law school, you can imagine the type of people that are out there. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism, lack of integrity, poor communication, and overall demeanor. Ken Payne and James Houk are examplery both as legal pros but as men. During my time inside they frequently took my calls at their expense to help me through challenging times, but their guidance allowed me to help many other men. Their team saw to of the thirty two Obama last days pardons, one of which was started by a then jailhouse lawyer who was released and went on to pass the bar. They don’t sugarcoat or hype to get retainers, just the straight dope.
It’s going on 4 years and these ppl STILL haven’t filed a clemency that I paid $5,000 for!!!! Every time I call they say the same thing that they’re waiting for a letter from the judge who sentenced my friend bc “the letter will help her win her case”. His name is Mr. Payne and he has an “associate” named James. It seems as if these 2 guys are the only ones who ever answer the phone.
