Job was well done and floors looked great. Communication did feel a little last minute sometimes and it's good that my schedule was flexible so I could accomodate. Was good about coming back and fixing anything I had concerns with at no extra charge. Good pricing and value for the pricing.
These guys are general contractors that subcontract out flooring work to another company. They didn’t follow through on details quoted like refinishing stair skirts until I asked (and then they poly’d over wood filler that had gotten on there from the job). They didn’t communicate dates with the subcontractor that we explicitly set for poly applications as it was necessary that we leave the house for days. Grate people to work with. They refinished hardwood floors in all house, looking better than when they were new. Grate job, highly recommend.
Timberwolf did a great job consulting us through the process of picking new flooring, and our final result is beautiful. The result was worth the effort and their attention to detail at the end was phenomenal.
