When I first moved here, it was so good. The service was great, the maintenance guy was so nice and funny, I even owned cats here! But the only reason I rate it 4 stars because I flood sometimes and dishwasher was not working. But it still was good. (But my cat peed always )
Very poor time management. The website says you open at 8:30 AM, the sign on the door says 9:00 AM, and I waited until 9:30 AM with no one there. If your hours have changed, please leave a note on the door and update your website so customers don’t waste their time.
It was an amazing place to live, easily accessible to Costco and Bassett Place. The manager and assistant manager were very kind and friendly. Any issues were quickly resolved within the next couple of days without any complaints. I would recommend anyone choose Timberwolf apartments.
It was our first place together and we lived here comfortably for a year in 2017. Any maintenance issues were quickly resolved and the staff is friendly. Now it's my niece's first place and she is comfortable here too.
