Very cozy in the lot placements
Try to harass you with every single thing !! It was a struggle to have someone answer us through the office , they never pick up . Occasionally they come by to take pictures of your property and fine you for every single thing they can find . Struggle to even make payments on the app , when we call it’s their suppose to help and fix it and then they send notice of 10 days to get out of my trailer I’m supposedly buying , doesn’t even feel like mine . I had a sewer line problem and they were out to check it within 30 minutes. Then they had it fixed within an hour at no charge. You can't ask for better than that.
