Absolute worst place I've lived. Constantly harassed by the manager Marilyn. She's rude and thinks shes above everyone. Always taking pictures of yard and threatening us with violations putting notes on our door, threatening emails, text messages. Your not allowed to have toys out for your kids, no bikes or scooters or trampolins. Just got a violation tofay saying i cant have my dog cage. So what i cant have my dogs now ???? This entire community is trash. All she wants is money money money and i bet she's pocketing it too !... read more
If I could give them 0 stars I would… This people only care about money I have been trying to contact them for the pass week they never answer the phone at the office I have emailed about a dog roaming around barking and chasing my daughters at the bus stop. They are so fast to send out notices about paying or anything money related but when you trying to get of hold of them is impossible. Mobile homes are made cheaply they brake down … raccoons / squirrels will invade your mobile homes and the office will say is your respon... read more
