Me encanta !!! Creo que subestiman los mobile home. No eh tenido problemas mayores. Recientemente me pusieron grama pues se inundaba , Geciel y Marilyn han estado disponibles. Me gustan que sean estrictos pues se ve la uniformidad de todas las casas si no estuvieran pareciera un barrio al que la gente pensaría tres veces para visitar.
I want to share my experience with Timberwilde . Geciel and Marilyn have helped us throughout the process of buying our home. They have resolved all the issues that have come up, being efficient and striving to meet our expectations. I recommend this community because it is very safe, peaceful, clean, and beautiful. I am very happy to have made the decision to live in this community.
Moved in April 1 and so far we are satisfied with our decision. Marilyn has made it so easy and a great experience. We were hesitant at first because of some of the reviews but we talked to other residents and they explained the rules and their own experiences. As long as you maintain your property and pay on time, there are no issues. Thank you Marilyn for helping us finally buying a home.
