Lot rent went up again now I pay more for this little piece of space than I do my house. The front of my house is falling and the bricks are cracking because of how they poorly put the house. Before my warranty was up I told them it needed to be re leveled they assured me it didn’t. I have gone up to the onsite maintenance guy and even offered him extra cash on the side to fix some of the things that were extremely cheap that were breaking. My brother lives next door and got all upgraded appliances and his house was cheaper ... read more

Don’t move into this neighborhood it’s a scam and you pay more for your lot rent than you do the house. Moving out ASAP
