Watch out for this man, he makes many promises and breaks nearly every one. I had done a contract with him last fall to install flooring, overcame many obstacles that he was responsible for and completed the job despite no payment. It's been almost a year now and he has paid roughly half, making promises to pay more with every Friday paycheck then ignoring calls once Friday comes around. I am very slow to hold a grudge, but would not be likely to do more work for this man again.
They didn't pay our invoice for engineering services, even though we solved an issue with the City.
No respect for the vendors they use. Does not pay their bills and makes promises that they have no intention to keep.
