Staff are very nice. I will bring my dogs back when they need care.
Great vet! The staff are wonderful. Our dogs love going there which says something Dr Ferry is also great! Very helpful, treats us like part of their vet community/family and really know our dogs.
If I could give a negative score I would. I have been going here for quite some time. Several years. I’ve never felt great or overly impressed. I should have switched vets a long time ago. My heart and gut told me to but life is busy and I try to be understanding of how tough it must be to run a business involving people and their pets. On February 3, 2025. I made the choice to put my dog down at this vet office. I have dealt with them in the past. Having Sara as my vet. Never a problem! This time I had Caitlin. She was professional yet cold. Didn't offer me to hold my dog while she put him down. Didn't offer her condolences. Was rude and treated my daughter and I like crap. I do not recommend her with your pet. She lacks empathy and lacks people skills.
