Double booked the room i had booked. Gave us a room without enough beds for our group. Had to pay for another room as well. No one in reception and no answer when calling the very large font phone number on the wall. Was later told there is an emergency number in very small font. All the manager did was get upset at me and said was that it was expedias fault and was not willing to help at all. Doing a Motorcycle roadtrip, we took the risk and didn't rebook anything. However when we pulled up at 430pm on Sunday the 6/9/26 and seen an empty carpark thought this is great, will get a room, head up the road and get some food after a long day of riding. Only to find reception was empty with a number to call. Called amd they said they were fully booked! Now I could be wrong, but, seems unlikely that EVERYONE was getting there late since there was literally 1 car in the carpark. Felt like they were too lazy to be on site ... read more

We stay here often whenever we got a change for a few days.i always booked for a cabin due to it have a kitchen but this last stayed it was not i expect. Not enough sauce pan,the non stick sauce pan,frying pan are all burn and scratch on the bottom.we end up buying food on the shop.i dont think its safe to used if the enamel on the pans are felling off.were dissapointed the cabin prize for 2days $390 we wont be staying here again until they fixs the issue.the cabin was not clean and the management i dont think they check on ... read more

I do not recommend this hotel. Yesterday I had a booking to stay in a room at this motel for a trip I was taking. Due to unforeseen circumstances and safety concerns I was unable to travel on the day so I asked for the booking, which had been fully paid to the following week as I would be taking the trip when I am feeling better. It wasn’t though I was asking for a refund, just wanted to move the booking to another day. They refused changed me the cancellation fee being the same charge of the room cost.
