We had a very good working relationship with Jack Lent and Timberstone Remodeling. Working with the designer was very helpful with complete drawings and various options for us to plan exactly what we wanted to have done. Jack gave us a solid quote for the complete price before beginning and billed us as different stages of the work was complete. Look closely at the age of reviews...we were initially drawn to use this contractor based on reviews. Unfortunately, we did not experience a high level of service or professionalism as other reviewers have shared. We subsequently changed contractors to find a highly respectful and professional company. We can NOT recommend Timberstone for remodeling services.
Booked me for a move and ghosted. Completely unprofessional
After working with a number of other companies, we couldn't be happier with landing on Jack to help finish our basement. He was responsive and walked us through everything without question. Considering the timing of the project and and supply chain issues, we were impressed with the overall timeline to completion. I'd recommend Jack.
