He got me a great deal, had it assembled, and it was delivered the same day. After some recent experiences with other companies hiding costs and adding surprises, Timberstar's honest, straightforward service was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend John and the entire team.
First time tractor owner here. Awesome no pressure staff. Very knowledgeable and can detail that information to someone like myself that is just getting into a tractor for their first time. They patiently went through my many questions with ease. I read many times you’re not only buying the machine but also the dealer who sold it to you. I was comparing between the two “orange” brands, and that’s why I chose Kioti & Timberstar (family owned).
Purchased a used tractor from them a year ago. They bent over backwards to make sure everything worked as it should. Even came and fixed an issue and replaced a part that was not under warranty a couple of months after purchase. So happy with their staff.
Timberstar was awesome to deal with they were friendly and quite helpful. I did a trade in and they made sure that I was getting a decent deal and they were accommodating. I would definitely recommend them for a new tractor. I have had my tractor for 6 months now with absolutely no issues.
