Have repeatedly tried to contact this business to find out about their homes. I doubt they’re are operating as I tried phone, Facebook, Instagram and email. I think they must have gone into liquidation and haven’t let anyone know they’ve closed their doors. Wouldn’t bother trying to contact them as they don’t reply to any of their lines of communication. Getting answers to basic questions or an estimate from Vicky was like pulling teeth. The process of choosing, then making minor changes, to a simple 2 bedroom floor plan was so ridiculously difficult & drawn out due to ongoing poor communication. At the same time I was repeatedly pressured to pay $2K + GST to engage a draftsperson despite Vicky not yet understanding the simple floorplan I was requesting. We recently moved into our Timberset built home. Building a home these days is a massive project with many unknowns, for us even more so being completely off-grid from all services. Despite this, Vicky and Paul at Timberset were communicable, flexible and had our interests in mind every step of the way. The owner, Vicky, even came to finish painting the inside of the house when the painters had COVID and they were racing summer closures.
