I set up an appointment with Timberscapes receptionist last month to have someone come out to check out a tree for my grandfather. My grandfather has a hard time using the internet and phone, so one of his friends told him about Timberscapes. He asked me to call them. We made an appointment for between 1330 - 1630, 2 days from then. They gave our high-risk tree a good "haircut" and it's now looking "cool". The team worked so well together, good paced, and pro- execution of the job. Excellent customer service and bonus knowledge sharing of care!!
Five star work. The equipment and expertise were impressive removing 8 trees and pruning 2 over two days. The crew of Travis the lead, Dan the climber, Sarah, Cayden and Daniel were first rate. Owen was a magician with the boom truck. The stump grinder had some issues. Jessemy the arborist estimator was accurate and spot on but slow to return calls although excellent communication with the office. Would recommend and use again.
