When I moved in there was mismatched paint on the walls, deep feces stains on the toilet lid, oil stains on the walls, ceiling, and floors. Junk left outside my door from the last tenant. And what i assume to be puke stains on the bathroom wall. The carpet was filthy. Apartment permanently smelled like weed no matter how deeply cleaned. This is in a college town, however very few college students living in the Woodlands. The townhomes themselves are spacious and roomy. They could do a better job with the upkeep on the pool. Parking is horrible. Since these homes are 3 br u could technically have 6 ppl with only 2 assigned parking spots. We expected more noise as everyone living here are younger than ourselves
The townhouses themselves are roomy. Not as noisy or loud as I expected since everyone except us is in college.
Homes are nice, but very noisy with college students and parking is terrible.
