Terrible parking after 7pm for a second car. Rules change often, leading to inconsistency in enforcement. The trash area looks like Skidrow, it’s an absolute disaster. Management “changed” and has done nothing. I enjoy the space, but management is awful. Don’t respond to me with a soulless robotic auto response.
I went to look at these apartments the other day. The girl, Taylor was really nice. She answered all of my questions with a smile !
We recently visited friends here who love living at timberridge. It was our first visit to the apartments and we thought they are super nice, and our friends say the staff is wonderful. Highly recommended!
Parking is outrageous. They provide one spot for each apartment, which isn't guaranteed per the lease. If someone parks in your spot, they don't do anything about it unless it is during open hours. Even then, they will not tow a vehicle. I will say, the parent company, CRMG, had some awesome admin staff that helped us work through some parking issues. They were very responsive and listened to our needs. Probably the biggest problem is the lack of response from the local property management. They are notoriously understaffed.... read more
You have 5 cars broken down Infront of my apartment and haven't moved in over 30 days. Please audit your parking lot like you said you would. 5 of us now have no parking because of it. There's a white Chevrolet SUV that hasn't moved in 2 years and is unregistered. There's rust and moss growing all around it. It was towed 2 years ago for the same reason, they got it out of tow and put it back in the same spot. People freak out over pickles on a sandwich they said no pickles. Why can't you do your jobs. It's a basic job.
