Above and beyond, Mark and Brian are perfectionists! More importantly their employees reflect their Business Development. They are respectful and care what their finished project looks like. Very satisfied for 20 years now Thanks guys!!!
If you're considering hiring this company, be aware: communication is difficult if you don’t speak the same language, which can cause confusion and mistakes. Their work practices are questionable, whatever they mow down, they blow back onto the property along with street debris at the end of the job. Not recommended if you’re looking for attention to detail or accountability.
We had a very poor experience with MARK from TIMBERRIDGE LANDSCAPING from Addison, IL. Our lawn was severely damaged after just one season of service. When my wife called to address the issue, the response was rude and unprofessional. Communication was difficult with the crew, and instead of cleaning up properly, they blew debris—rocks, grass, and leaves—onto our lawn. I would not recommend this company.
