Very organized!
Excellent, organized and everyone I encountered were very nice. I had a CT scan which the wait was maybe 25 mins, pretty quick.
I recently had 3 MRI's done for my spine and what i can say about The imaging team is they are kind, attentive, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The team remembered who i was and always greeted me with a smile. they make it their top priority to ensure that you are comfortable and the proceess is quick and easy i was in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. Shout out to Christina, Javi, and Carlos There are only five stars but the staff at Timberidge Imaging Center deserve a 10/10 for outstanding performance.
Mammograms are stressful enough. Being told it won’t be read til previous imaging is received more stressing. Then calling previous establishment myself and finding out they never received a request… frustrating. Tried calling RAO to get it straightened out so I can get results for current mammography sooner than latter but can’t get anyone to answer and have to leave a message. Who knows if or when it will get read!!uggg.
First time here, helpful staff, easy process registering at arrival. I was skeptical due to the reviews and also due to the person that anwered the ph to make the appointment, she was rude as rude can be. Because of her i wanted to cancel and go somewhere else for my test. But at the facility everyone was nice.
