Great people did awesome work in mri
I had an MRI screening today at TimberRidge done by Javier and Carlos. They were wonderful and immediately put me at ease with their courteous, friendly manner while exhibiting the highest level of professionalism. They fully explained what they were doing and what I would be experiencing. We need more Healthcare workers like these gentlemen.
Had an appointment today at 1230 for a ct scan, told to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived around 1205 and checked in. At 110 I asked if there was a problem, was told rudely to have a seat and I would be called back shortly. Within 2 minutes someone called me back. This horrible customer service and needs to be looked into. I may be retired but that doesn't mean I have nothing to do.
