I’m not a customer, but my neighbor is. The crew that mows my neighbor’s lawn goes out of their way to make sure they don’t mess up my lawn.
Jay with Timberpine provided excellent service. He provided a very detailed and thorough estimate for our outdoor project. His communication was top notch. Would definitely recommend working with him for your outdoor home project.
Bought a 300 dollar tree from them with a one year warranty, contacted them multiple times about bark splitting and losing bark over the first year. Sent pictures and they tried to tell me it was “mechanical damage” I push now my yard lol. Won’t email me back. Bad customer service. The 3 trees from Menards I planted for 65 bucks each are thriving. Save yourself the money and headache. Buy elsewhere. Don’t pay for the warranty because they will try to weasel out of it anyways.
