Great service from highly professional therapist (Andrea) who specializes in sports massage. Truly could not believe the difference in recovery from a 20 mile run with a massage later in the afternoon. Was able to do another intermediate run the next day without soreness. Comfortable setting, though not that of a five star spa, which works perfectly for me. Highly recommend for definitely ‘over the hill’ athletes like me though suspect they do a great job with elite athletes as well as most everyone.

I was so grateful to have gotten a same day appointment with Emily. She not only provided relief to my sore muscles but also worked to problem solve the source of the issue, giving me exercises to do at home. This was the first time a massage felt productive and not just temporary relief.

Dylan was very attentive and really made sure it was a personalized experience. I came in with pretty tight hips and left feeling a lot of relief. Definitely feels worth the cost!

Emily and Andrea know the muscles extremely well and how to take care of them. Athletes if you’ve never had a sports massage it’s time!
