Great service from highly professional therapist (Andrea) who specializes in sports massage. Truly could not believe the difference in recovery from a 20 mile run with a massage later in the afternoon. Was able to do another intermediate run the next day without soreness. Comfortable setting, though not that of a five star spa, which works perfectly for me. Highly recommend for definitely ‘over the hill’ athletes like me though suspect they do a great job with elite athletes as well as most everyone.

I cannot recommend Emily from Timberline Sports Massage highly enough. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that she is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and passionate about helping clients feel comfortable. She took the time to listen to my concerns before, through, and after my massage. Her understanding of muscle function, recovery and body mechanics is exceptional. I was so grateful to have gotten a same day appointment with Emily. She not only provided relief to my sore muscles but also worked to problem solve the source of the issue, giving me exercises to do at home. This was the first time a massage felt productive and not just temporary relief.

Emily is a bodywork wizard. She’s highly educated in her field and generously shares her knowledge during sessions. Emily understands how the body is interconnected and has a unique ability to target the “angry, spicy” areas that need the most attention. Her work keeps me moving and active, so I can keep enjoying the sports I love, even when they take a toll on my body. Best body work I have ever experienced!
