Did not have what we were looking for. All the old staff is now gone.

I live 7 hours from bob and jos, when i purchased camper, the pre inspection turned up a bad shade with sun screen, i was told they would just send it to me, i said that was fine. After waiting 3 months i received the wrong shade, i was asked to remove the shade and get numbers off of frame and send to them, which i did, 1 month later i received a call telling me my shade was in, i said ok, send it to me, i was asked for my credit card number so they could bill me for shipping of the second one and i would have to pay return... read more
