I recently had a bid for a roof extension with this company. Unfortunately, my job fell through due to permit issues. My 5 stars are for their excellent customer service and followup. I wish it would have worked out and I will definitely call them first for any future work. They are focused on customer satisfaction...kudos!
We had an amazing experience working with Timberline Patios. They designed a 500sqft addition to our already existing covered patio and it is simply amazing. We first met with Skylar who was extremely knowledgeable about the design process as well as offering his take on different styles and what would work for our area. This company was highly recommended to me by someone who was surveyed over the phone about the quality of their work. In over 45 years of every kind of home remodel and project imaginable, I have never worked with a team as professional, knowledgeable about design and materials, and quick to respond as PCF. I highly recommend their services.
I have mixed feelings about Timberline. I hired them because of the many great reviews and beautiful result photos. I even recommended them to a friend when the job started.
