They work you to the bone and treat you like garbage, backstabbing is their middle name. 😭
poor communication with potential employees
Poor management is all you get here. No one has any clue what they ate doing. After 3 and a half years of working 15 hour days, weekends, and nights, never seeing my family, they waited 3 days to fire me. The pay is not worth the stress and demand they will put on you.
Timberline is an amazing place to work. The people are all helpful, fun and caring. We also have many fun activities, including a company picnic and Halloween costume contest.
