Other than the food this place has helped me grow in confidence and responsibility. I would not say it’s a safe environment but there are protections in place in case something happens. Some counselors are better than others but overall it’s way better than the residential treatment center. The food is not always quality and that’s the main reason why I would not recommend coming here if you have ED severely. I told them I was having suicidal thoughts. The next day, they told me that they were discharging me in a couple days because I wasn’t “severe enough” for their program. Never been back since and I never plan on going back either

I was I went to PHP from the Residential and than I stayed for the IOP and I can tell it was awesome the therapist there are always willing to talk even if they are not your therapist I miss this place and Maria is the director but she was the best and she knows what she is doing and I felt I had so much support there and they was awesome.

good information in groups & staff is nice, but didn't feel welcomed. as a newcomer. they kept saying "i know we've talked about this already," neglecting that there are new people in the group. didn't feel supported when i was triggered in group. if you are a local & don't have SUD or ED, try another program.
