4 months of calling to fix a problem that should have never appeared. No calls returned. Silence. Finally got a hold of someone and was told I was rude because she hung up on me. Save yourself the aggravation
Do yourself a favor and opt out of this company. Let one of my policies lapse after repeated emails, and phone calls. Overworked, over payed, under performed. They’ll steal your money and do nothing to help u.
Me and my family have just recently joined the Timberline family. We had our insurance through another agency that we were being charged $1600 a month. I met Andres through a friend of a friend desperate to reduce our monthly coverage. Andres jumped into action and was able to find us a great plan and was able to reduce our deductible and lower our monthly rate.
