4 months of calling to fix a problem that should have never appeared. No calls returned. Silence. Finally got a hold of someone and was told I was rude because she hung up on me. Save yourself the aggravation

Do yourself a favor and opt out of this company. Let one of my policies lapse after repeated emails, and phone calls. Overworked, over payed, under performed. They’ll steal your money and do nothing to help u.
